How long do results take?
Results are processed at our labs within 7 working days of receipt of your sample, however, our usual processing time is shorter. You will receive a “sample received” email notification from us the moment your sample has entered our labs. If you haven’t received any correspondence from us then please check your email SPAM or JUNK folder. We recommend sending samples directly to our labs and recorded delivery to ensure the transit to us is completed with little delay.
Where is my kit?
Our bioresonance tests require no physical kit that is sent to you. Simply completed your order and follow the on-screen / emailed instructions and send us your hair sample to the address provided.
Can I send my hair if it is treated?
How much hair is required for a sample?
3-4 strands individual strands of hair is required from anywhere on the body.
How do I take a sample?
The safest way to take a hair sample is to ask someone else to help you. First brush your hair upwards to reveal the root area at the back of the head, then holding a small amount of hair between the finger and thumb, cut the hair as close to the scalp as possible (without drawing blood). If you do not have anyone to help you, using a mirror may help ensure you avoid injury.
What is Bioresonance?
Bioresonance looks at energetic frequencies from a hair sample to identify potential sensitivity patterns. It does not measure immune antibodies or provide a medical diagnosis.
