Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to fill in an online submission form with your test details.
Once your submission form is filled in your test will be activated and you will need to send your hair sample to our testing facilities. Please send your sample to the mailing address provided in your email, or on our contact page. Your samples can be sent in any plastic bag or envelope.
Do not send your samples by signed post as our mailing address is an unmonitored mailbox and asking for a signature can cause delays for your sample to get to us.
Please note that your test is a digital test and you will not be sent a physical test kit to send your sample in.
